At Your Pace Kidney Race presented by Fresenius Medical Care

Each year our walk gives us the opportunity to shine a light on kidney health together and serve as a homecoming for kidney patients, living donors, transplant recipients, and others in the community who are touched by kidney disease. 100% of funds raised through this event go directly to direct support, education, and prevention programs provided by TKF in our community. The need for support is now greater than ever before!

The At Your Pace Kidney Race presented by Fresenius Medical Care will be held at Centennial Park on West End Avenue in Nashville, TN on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 9:00am!
