At Your Pace Kidney Race presented by Fresenius Medical Care
Each year, the TKF At Your Pace Kidney Race one mile walk gives us the opportunity to shine a light on kidney health together and serve as a homecoming for kidney patients, their friends and family, living kidney donors, medical professionals who provide compassionate care, those at risk of kidney disease, and anyone in our community with a heart for the TKF mission and programs!
100% of funds raised support TKF programs that provide access to life-sustaining care, free kidney-friendly meals, free kidney health screenings, and education through TKF about kidney health. For every $10 raised, TKF can provide a freshly prepared, kidney friendly meal to the doorstep of someone who might otherwise go hungry or a free health screening for someone at risk for kidney disease. For every $100, a dialysis patient has the security of knowing their transportation to and from all treatments are covered by TKF for a month.
