The Tennessee Kidney Foundation’s Nourish Your Neighbor Campaign helps provide kidney-friendly meals to Tennesseans living with kidney disease who are struggling to afford the nutrition they need to stay healthy. Many patients are balancing dialysis, rising grocery costs, and life on a fixed income, making access to medically appropriate meals increasingly difficult. As critical funding for this program comes to an end on June 30, 2026, community support is more important than ever. Your gift helps keep meals on the table, supports better health outcomes, and reminds vulnerable neighbors they are not facing kidney disease alone.
