Tennessee Kidney Foundation’s Community Heroes Campaign is back for 2024! Our goal this year is to raise $20,000 to support TKF’s vital programs before July 31st so we can onboard 20 program clients from our waiting list.

Every donation, no matter the size, counts! Your support immediately impacts the lives of individuals living with kidney disease or needing help to prevent the onset of kidney disease in our community. To become a TKF Community Hero, donate below!

$250 Annual emergency assistance for client dealing with housing or utility insecurity

$100 Provides urinalysis with immediate results for 25 people at a free kidney health screening

$50 Ensures one month of access to care for a dialysis patient living in the urban core of Nashville

$25 Provides AccessRide tickets for three dialysis treatments

$10 Provides one kidney-friendly meal for a low-income client in need

$5 Provides education materials for five people to take charge of their kidney health

I volunteer with the TKF because 1 in 3 American adults are at risk for kidney disease and I know the TKF relies on individuals in the community to step-up and freely give their time in order to help sustain its empowering programs for those at risk or affected by kidney disease in our TN communities. I truly believe the volunteer work I do with the TKF is vital to ensuring this marginalized group receives the critical support needed to positively impact their livelihood.
